PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was set at Rp13,125/kg on Monday, May 26, 2025. This marks a decline of 1.10% or Rp146/kg compared to the highest offer recorded last Friday (May 23, 2025), which reached Rp13,271/kg.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN Inacom, CPO Franco Belawan and Dumai was priced at Rp13,125/kg, CPO at Teluk Bayur was set at Rp12,995/kg, while CPO at Talang Duku was offered at Rp12,931/kg.
Meanwhile, as reported by Reuters, the price of palm oil contracts on the Bursa Malaysia fell on Monday (27/5/2025), as market concerns about rising production and stockpiles, as well as weakening global soybean oil prices.

The benchmark palm oil futures contract for August 2025 delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange dropped by RM36 per metric ton or approximately 0.94%, closing the midday session at RM3,791 per metric ton—equivalent to around US$901.97/ton.
David Ng, a trader at Kuala Lumpur-based brokerage firm Iceberg X Sdn Bhd, noted that the market is under pressure due to expectations of increased palm oil production in the coming weeks. He added that concerns over higher stock levels are further weighing on prices in the absence of strong positive drivers.
On the Dalian Commodity Exchange, the most actively traded soybean oil contract fell by 0.98%, while Dalian palm oil contracts declined by 0.77%. Additionally, the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) was closed for a national holiday in the United States, contributing to thin global trading volumes.
