The achievement reflects the strong competitiveness of INSTIPER graduates in the business and industrial sectors, particularly in plantations, agriculture, forestry, and agroindustry.

According to INSTIPER, the short waiting period for graduates entering the workforce is closely linked to its industry-oriented learning system. The institution integrates industrial materials and practical knowledge into its curriculum to minimize the gap between academic education and industry requirements.

Beyond classroom learning, students are also equipped with practical experience through INSTIPER Academy programs, field practice activities, and internships with partner companies. Through this system, students gain not only theoretical understanding but also real workplace exposure before graduating.

Graduates receiving the golden ticket can be directly recruited without undergoing additional recruitment processes.

In addition, bonded scholarship collaborations between INSTIPER and several corporate partners provide graduates with direct employment opportunities after completing their studies.
