PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAMBI — The price of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm in Jambi Province has declined during the July 4–10, 2025 period. According to the official decision from the FFB Pricing Team of Jambi, the price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years fell by IDR 18.66 per kilogram, bringing it down to IDR 3,188.11/kg.
For the same pricing period, the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) was priced at IDR 13,237.67/kg, Palm Kernel was set at IDR 9,448.48/kg, and K index was 93.93%.
Based on data from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Agency, as compiled by Palmoilmagazine.com, the full breakdown of FFB prices by palm tree age is as follows:
- 3 years: IDR 2,454.75/kg
- 4 years: IDR 2,658.30/kg
- 5 years: IDR 2,781.03/kg
- 6 years: IDR 2,897.54/kg
- 7 years: IDR 2,970.72/kg
- 8 years: IDR 3,033.41/kg
- 9 years: IDR 3,093.45/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR 3,188.11/kg
- 21–24 years: IDR 3,091.66/kg
- 25 years: IDR 2,948.85/kg
Despite the minor drop, the price remains relatively stable, providing continued support for palm oil farmers in the region as they navigate market fluctuations. (P3)
