Lucas Kurniawan noted that ANJ’s annual report goes beyond financial performance. “Our reports also detail our business strategies, sustainability initiatives, and other significant achievements. We believe that a company’s success should be assessed not only by its financial performance but also by the positive impacts it creates for the surrounding community and the environment,” Lucas said.
He also emphasized the theme relevance of ARA this year and the modern business dynamic. Sustainability aspects would be the main priority in business operation. He thought, the integration among the environment, social and governance (ESG) aspects would be very significant to create long term value for every stakeholder.
The award was not the only one for ANJ in 2024. Two subsidiaries of ANJ, PT Kayung Agung Lestari (KAL) and PT Sahabat Mewah Makmur (SMM) also got the Best Innovation in ESG Implementation (Manufacturing) in the Indonesia Green & Sustainable Companies Award (IGSCA) 2024 that SWA Media Group conducted.
