PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk. (SSMS) recorded stronger operational performance across its plantation segment in 2025, supported by higher production of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) and crude palm oil (CPO). The gains were largely driven by improved raw material quality and tighter control of processing losses at the mill level.

Throughout 2025, the company produced 1,628,452 metric tons of FFB from its nucleus estates, marking a 4.22% increase compared to 2024. From this output, the company generated 527,052 metric tons of CPO, along with 104,130 metric tons of palm kernel and 15,379 metric tons of palm kernel oil.

Akhmad Faisyal, Operations Director of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk., said CPO production rose 14.23% year-on-year to 527,052 metric tons, up from 461,414 metric tons in 2024.

In line with higher production volumes, the company’s Oil Extraction Rate (OER) improved to 22.12%, reflecting better efficiency in oil extraction processes.
