CPO Tender at KPBN Withdraw on Friday (6/10)

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) on Friday (6/10/2023) saw a withdrawal with the highest bid at Rp 10,630 per kilogram.

This represents a reduction in CPO prices by Rp 131 per kilogram compared to the tender on Thursday (5/10/2023), which stood at Rp 10,761 per kilogram.

According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, CPO prices in Belawan and Dumai were at Rp 10,710 per kilogram but subsequently withdrew (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 10,630 per kilogram.

In Talang Duku, CPO was priced at Rp 10,510 per kilogram, and in WD, it reached the highest bid of Rp 10,300 per kilogram.

CPO trade at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange was sluggish. As quoted from, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for December 2023 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange decreased 0,42% to be RM 3.593 (US$ 761,71) per metric ton in the early session.

Prior in September CPO contract price decreased 6,06% month on month after it increased two months in a row.

Here are CPO tenders at KPBN (Rp./Kg), excluded income tax on Friday (6/10/2023):

  • Franco Belawan and Dumai Rp. 10.710 (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 10.630-MM, IBP
  • Talang Duku Rp. 10.510 (WD) with the highest bid Rp. 10.300-WNI
