PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The tender price for crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp 12,558/kg on Monday, June 10, 2024. This reflected a decrease of Rp 90/kg or approximately 0.71% compared to the tender price on Friday, June 7, 2024, which was Rp 12,648/kg.
According to information obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, the price of CPO Franco in Belawan and Dumai was Rp 12,558/kg. In Kembayan, it was Rp 12,108/kg, but in withdrawal (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 12,030/kg.
As reported by Reuters, the CPO contract price at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange was influenced by the cheaper soyoil and crude oil at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) on Monday, June 10, 2024, despite the depreciation of the ringgit restricting the price decrease.
The reference contract for CPO with the code FCPO1, for August 2024 delivery at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange, decreased by RM 45 per ton or approximately 1.13%, to RM 3,930 (US$ 833.86) per metric ton in the afternoon. Last week, the CPO contract price decreased by 2.48%.
Still from Reuters, soyoil price at CBOT ZL1 got decreased 0,37%, it was burdened by the better plants in the United States of America where the farmers got stable progress to plant corn and soyoil while harvesting wheat for cold season.
