PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom were set at Rp 14,500/kg on Friday (7/2/2025), reflecting a 1.65% increase or a rise of Rp 235/kg compared to Thursday’s (6/2/2025) price of Rp 14,265/kg.
According to information from KPBN, CPO prices in Franco Belawan & Dumai were set at Rp 14,500/kg, while in Talang Duku, prices stood at Rp 14,300/kg.
KPBN’s weekly CPO prices for the period February 3-7, 2025, recorded an increase of 2.79% to Rp 14,204.60/kg, up by Rp 385.10/kg compared to the previous period January 27-31, 2025, when prices stood at Rp 13,819.50/kg.

Meanwhile, citing Reuters, Malaysian palm oil futures continued their third consecutive weekly gain on Friday (7/2/2025), supported by a weaker ringgit, anticipated Ramadan demand, and declining production.
The April 2025 palm oil futures contract (FCPOc3) on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose RM 92 per ton (2.09%), reaching RM 4,495 (US$ 1,012.84) per metric ton by midday. Weekly, the contract surged 2.66%.
Additionally, the most active soybean oil contract on Dalian Commodity Exchange (DBYcv1) rose 2.32%, while palm oil contracts (DCPcv1) increased 2.04%. On the Chicago Board of Trade (BOcv1), soybean oil prices edged up 0.22%.
