Indonesia’s KPBN CPO Price Rises to Rp 16,038/kg on Monday, September 7

The highest CPO bid in Indonesia’s KPBN tender rose IDR 13/kg to IDR 16,038/kg on Monday, while several delivery points ended in withdrawal.

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA — Indonesia’s crude palm oil (CPO) prices at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) edged higher in Monday’s tender, September 7, 2026, although several delivery points ended with withdrawn (withdraw/WD) bids.

The highest CPO bid reached IDR 16,038 per kilogram (kg), up IDR 13/kg, or around 0.08%, from IDR 16,025/kg recorded in the previous tender on Friday, September 4, 2026.

According to information obtained by PalmOilMagazine from KPBN, the CPO price at the Franco Dumai delivery point was opened at IDR 16,100/kg. The tender was subsequently withdrawn, with the highest bid recorded at IDR 16,038/kg from CTI.

At the FOB Talang Duku delivery point, CPO was offered at IDR 15,850/kg before the tender was withdrawn, with the highest bid at IDR 15,670/kg from PSCOI.

Meanwhile, CPO at Franco Teluk Bayur was opened at IDR 15,900/kg. The tender was also withdrawn, with the highest bid reaching IDR 15,693/kg from WIRA.

The increase in Indonesia’s CPO tender prices came amid a stronger performance in Malaysian palm oil futures. CPO futures on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives gained on Monday, supported by firmer global crude oil prices and higher palm olein prices on the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) in China.

According to Bernama, the September 2026 CPO contract rose RM90 to RM4,698 per metric ton at the close. The October 2026 contract gained RM41 to RM4,816 per ton.

The November 2026 contract advanced RM49 to RM4,978 per ton, while the December 2026 contract increased RM56 to RM5,110 per ton.

  • Franco Dumai: IDR 16,100; highest bid IDR 16,038 — CTI.
  • FOB Talang Duku: IDR 15,850 (WD); highest bid IDR 15,670 — PSCOI.
  • Franco Teluk Bayur: IDR 15,900 (WD); highest bid IDR 15,693 — WIRA.
