The pricing mechanism refers to Minister of Agriculture Regulation (Permentan) No. 13 of 2024 on the purchase of fresh fruit bunches produced by partner smallholders, as well as Directorate General of Plantations Decree No. 144/Kpts./PP.320/E/12/2025 on general guidelines for the purchase of smallholder-produced FFB.
The age-based pricing structure reflects differences in productivity across the oil palm production cycle, while the underlying CPO and kernel values determine the benchmark used in calculating FFB prices for partner smallholders. (P2)
