PALMOILMAGAZINE, RIAU – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for plasma oil palm growers in Riau Province continued to strengthen for the July 29–August 4, 2026 pricing period, with the benchmark price for nine-year-old palms rising IDR 54.71/kg to IDR 3,985.26/kg, just shy of the IDR 4,000/kg mark.
The increase was approved during the latest meeting of Riau’s Provincial FFB Pricing Team and published in FFB Price Determination Letter No. 27 for the current pricing period. The adjustment also resulted in higher prices across most palm age categories.
Under the same pricing decision, the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) reference price was set at IDR 15,671.29/kg, while the palm kernel reference price reached IDR 14,761.54/kg. The shell value was determined at IDR 18.27/kg, with the K Index set at 93.39%.

According to data obtained by PalmOilMagazine.com from the Riau Plantation Agency, FFB prices by tree age are as follows:
- 3 years: IDR 3,077.03/kg
- 4 years: IDR 3,483.21/kg
- 5 years: IDR 3,690.10/kg
- 6 years: IDR 3,859.07/kg
- 7 years: IDR 3,933.59/kg
- 8 years: IDR 3,980.00/kg
- 9 years: IDR 3,985.26/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR 3,964.52/kg
