PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The third edition of the Seminar Nasional Planter Indonesia (SNPI) took place at Hotel Discovery, Ancol, Jakarta. Esteemed professionals in the field gathered to deliberate on various issues concerning palm oil plantations.

Jamalul, Chairman of the Indonesian Planters Society (IPS), emphasized the significance of the event as an opportunity for planters to exchange knowledge and showcase the latest innovations that could positively impact the palm oil industry.

“I am confident that this event will provide valuable insights and understanding of the potential and challenges confronting the palm oil industry, including the importance of superior plant varieties for enhancing plantation productivity,” Jamalul remarked at inaugurating the 2024 SNPI with the theme, “Penerapan Inovasi Terkini Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kelapa Sawit dan Menuju Sawit Baik,” Wednesday (15/5/2024) that Palmoilmagazine.com attended.

He also said that one discussion was about to deliver a description about the latest technology and strategies to conduct replanting (program) to get more maximal results. The participants were taken to deepen the topic about innovation and concept of fertilization in palm oil plantations.

The effective and right fertilization would be one key factor to highly realizing palm oil plantation productivity. It was also discussed by experienced speakers. Many got valuable insights and knowledge from the talkshow within many directors from many companies discussed about theirs.

“This could be a rare opportunity to directly listen to many palm oil companies’ leaders about their experiences and vision that succeeded implemented innovation in their operational,” Jamalul said.

The other interesting topic was the female’s career in palm oil plantation. Miss Siti from Malaysia was also the speaker in the event.

Jamalul said by conducting many schedules in the event, the participants should get high motivation, innovation, and more network. He also took everyone there to take advantages on the moment to keep innovating, developing, and positively contributing for palm oil industries in Indonesia.
