PALMOILMAGAZINE, DENPASAR – In an effort to counter negative narratives surrounding palm oil in various schools and promote awareness about the industry, the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PFMA), in collaboration with the Sport, Youth, and Education Agency of Bali Province and Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) of Bali Province, organized an online Palm Oil EduTalk titled “Unveiling the Myths and Facts About Palm Oil” in mid-June 2023.
Head of Teacher Development and Educational Staff, Sport, Youth and Education Agency Bali Province, I Gede Ketut Seputera said, the teachers could be motivators and PGRI as facilitators while the student could get good and objective information about palm oil to get a very good synergy.
Chairman of PGRI Bali Province, I Komang Arta Saputra said he knew palm oil is the material to produce oil only but, in the future, the young and future generations could be entrepreneur to produce palm oil derivative products. “Many entrepreneurs in Bali are successful with and from palm oil products,” he said, as in the official statement to Palmoilmagazine.com recently.

Mahendra said, as one important material to produce health care and cosmetic products, from research result it is known that the substance and roles of palm oil could be used to rejuvenate skin, full of anti-oxidant, has vitamin E, get healthy hair, it does not make dependency, full of provitamin A, anticaking agent.
