PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – To enhance the sustainability of its business processes, PT. Triputra Agro Persada Tbk. (TAPG) is implementing a digital system across its palm oil plantations. Owned by TP Rachmat, the company is introducing four cutting-edge technologies aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness in its operations.
Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of TAPG, stated that the first of these innovations is an AI-based harvest management technology, which is an upgrade from the existing mobile application used for harvesting.
“The development of this new version will be completed and implemented in the field shortly. This technology will enable automatic calculation of harvest results and provide highly accurate counts of harvested fresh fruit bunches (FFB),” Joni said in an official statement to Palmoilmagazine.com.

The company has implemented the technology to record harvest in AI – base. The update would be about to escalate harvest administration efficiently, improve record accuracy and information integration among sectors: plantation operation and mill operation.
The second, the company is developing mobile inspection application. It would be delivering smart suggestion and inspection by delivering map to help the team to report the block condition, pat, vehicles, and would record problem identification and corrective action (PICA). “This kind of technology would record and monitor every path service and it is applied now,” Joni said.
