PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – PT Ciliandra Perkasa, owned by business tycoon Ciliandra Fangiono, is set to acquire four companies that currently control shares in PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT). The companies involved in the acquisition are PT Austindo Kencana Jaya (AKJ), PT Memimpin Dengan Nurani (MDN), Sjakon George Tahija (SGT), and George Santosa Tahija (GST).
ANJT’s Director and Corporate Secretary, Naga Waskita, stated that Ciliandra Perkasa plans to take over approximately 91.17% of the issued and fully paid shares held by these four controlling entities.
“The sellers (four ANJT controlling companies) and the buyer (Ciliandra Perkasa) signed a Conditional Share Purchase Agreement on March 18, 2025,” Naga announced in a statement to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on Tuesday (March 18).

This corporate move aims to expand palm oil plantation operations and secure a stable raw material supply to support the company’s growing downstream sector. The acquisition aligns with Ciliandra Perkasa’s long-term expansion strategy in the palm oil industry.
Despite the ownership restructuring, ANJT’s management assured that the transaction would not significantly impact the company’s operations, legal standing, financial stability, or business continuity.
This acquisition marks a strategic step for Ciliandra Fangiono in strengthening his position in Indonesia’s palm oil industry, which continues to grow in response to rising global demand for palm oil and its derivatives. (P2)
