PALMOILMAGAZINE, SUBULUSSALAM – PT Mandiri Sawit Bersama (MSB) has received an official warning from the Subulussalam Agriculture, Plantation, and Livestock Office (Distanbunkan) regarding its failure to comply with business licensing obligations. The warning was issued through an official letter based on applicable regulations.
According to Distanbunkan, PT MSB, which operates a mill in Namo Buaya Village, Sultan Daulat District, has yet to submit the required business permits and progress reports, as mandated by regulations.
Rosihan Indra, Head of Distanbunkan Subulussalam, clarified that the warning is not about a new business license but concerns the company’s obligation to report its operational progress.
