PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – During the CPO tender held at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) on Wednesday (23/8/2023), the price witnessed a decline, settling at Rp 11,043/kg. This marked a notable reduction of Rp 97/kg in comparison to the previous day’s tender on Tuesday (22/8/2023), where the price had stood at Rp 11,140/kg.
This fluctuation in CPO prices underscores the dynamic nature of the market and its response to various factors influencing supply and demand.
It happened the same with CPO trade at Malaysia Exchange. As quoted from Reuters, CPO contract price reference with the code FCPOc3 for November 2023 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange decreased RM 32 or about 0,83% to be RM 3.834 (US$ 824,34) per metric ton in the early session, decreased for the second day in a row.
