CPO Price at KPBN Inacom Rose 1.49% on Friday (26/7), and the Weekly Average Also Increased

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Friday (26/7/2024), the crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp 12,965/kg on Franco Belawan and Dumai, marking an increase of Rp 190/kg, or about 1.49%, from Thursday’s (25/7/2024) tender price of Rp 12,775/kg.

Palmoilmagazine.com noted that the average CPO tender price at KPBN from July 22–26, 2024, rose by approximately Rp 106.60/kg to reach Rp 12,812.80/kg, which is an increase of about 0.84% compared to the previous week (July 15–19, 2024), when the price was Rp 12,706.20/kg.

Reuters noted that the CPO contract price at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange on Friday (26/7/2024) also increased, supported by rising exports and higher prices for other vegetable oils.

The CPO reference contract price for October 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got escalated RM 33 per ton, or about 0,84%, to RM 3.951 (US$ 848,04) during the early session. It ended the three day – decreasing price. But the contract price could be decreasing 1 percent for the past week.
