CPO Prices Remain Stagnant at KPBN Inacom and MDX on Wednesday (31/7)

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was Rp. 13,036/kg on Wednesday (31/7/2024), a decrease of Rp. 14/kg or about 0.11% from Tuesday’s (30/7/2024) tender, which was Rp. 13,050/kg.

From information Palmoilmagazine.com received from KPBN Inacom, the highest CPO prices were in Belawan and Dumai, reaching Rp 13,036/kg.

As reported by Reuters, CPO contract prices on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange (MDX) remained stagnant on Wednesday (31/7/2024) as traders awaited July 2024 export data for further strategy development.

The CPO reference contract price (FCPO1) for October 2024 delivery on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange decreased by RM 10 per ton, or about 0.26%, to RM 3,905 (US$847.26) per metric ton in the evening.

The price ranged between RM 3,881 and RM 3,917 in the early session. This month, the CPO contract price has decreased by 0.15%.

Still from Reuters, CPO contact price at Dalian (DBYcv1) got decreased 0,05%, CPO contact price – CPO1 did too 0,13%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade (BOc2) got decreased 0,21%. (P2)
