PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Monday, September 23, 2024, the tender price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom located in Dumai was IDR 13,640 per kilogram (/kg).
This price represents an increase of IDR 233 per kilogram, or approximately 1.74%, compared to the previous tender price of IDR 13,407/kg on Friday, September 20, 2024.
As reported by Reuters, the price of CPO contracts on the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose for the fourth consecutive session on September 23, 2024. This increase was driven by rising prices of other vegetable oils, despite concerns about production due to poor weather conditions in Malaysia.

The price of the CPO contract (FCPOc3) for December 2024 delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose RM 87 per ton, or about 2.2%, to reach RM 4,034 (US$ 958.88) per metric ton at midday.
Soyoil contract price at Dalian (DBYcv1) got increased 0,58%, CPO contract price did too 1,59%. Soyoil price at Chicago Board of Trade (BOcv1) did increase 1,23%. (P2)
