Indonesia’s KPBN Inacom CPO price rose IDR 75/kg to IDR 15,075/kg on Monday, while Malaysian palm oil futures closed lower amid concerns over rising inventories and weak demand.
PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA — The price of crude palm oil (CPO) traded through PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) via Inacom rose to IDR 15,075 per kg on Monday (Sept. 28, 2026), up IDR 75, or about 0.5%, from the highest bid of IDR 15,000/kg recorded on Friday.
According to KPBN data received by PalmOilMagazine, the CPO price at Franco Belawan was set at IDR 15,075/kg. At FOB Talang Duku, the opening price was IDR 14,825/kg, but the tender was withdrawn, with the highest bid at IDR 14,770/kg.

In the global market, Malaysian palm oil futures closed lower on Monday as concerns over higher inventories and weak demand continued to weigh on sentiment.
The pressure was partly offset by stronger prices for competing vegetable oils and crude oil, according to Bernama.
The October 2026 CPO contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives fell RM9 to RM4,466 per metric ton. The November contract declined RM22 to RM4,556 per ton, while the December contract fell RM8 to RM4,664 per ton.
