PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – Responding about the conflict between PT Bangun Jaya Alam Perma (PT. BJAP) 3 in District of Seruyan, Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesian Palm Oil Association (IPOA) Central Kalimantan Province was sorry for that because some people damaged the assets of the company and the government, such as, the police.
Central Kalimantan IPOA thought, the pillage and damage of assets are crime and the actors should be legally investigated.
“If the problem is about plasma (partnership) 20% for the people, it is better to discuss with the company. The regional government and other parties should refer to every available regulation,” Chairman of IPOA Central Kalimantan, Syaiful Panigoro, said, as in the official statement to Palmoilmagazine.com recently.

He continued, Central Kalimantan IPOA hoped that the police should firmly act, process every actor in the crime that damaged the assets of the company and the government.
