Self-Reporting Phase 2 in Siperibun Scheduled from August 23 to September 8, 2023

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The planters that have done self-reporting in Siperibun (application) should complete their data in permit (area) because there are features that have been improved.

After completing self – reporting through Sistem Informasi Perizinan Perkebunan (Siperibun) that ran on 3 July to 3 August 2023, it would be continued.

What got from WhatsApp, Tuesday (22/8/2023), self-reporting is in the second phase. It would be starting from 23 August 2023 to 8 September 2023. This is about to encourage every planter that has not registered yet to immediately get self-reporting through Siperibun.

Coordinator Minister in Maritime and Investment, Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan appreciated the companies that have registered and said that they are committed to be transparent and obeying the regulation to get palm oil plantation governance improved.

The Taskforce of Improving Palm Oil Governance and Optimizing Revenue that the government established is in charge to monitor and supervise palm oil plantations (areas) in Indonesia. To execute their work, the taskforce implemented it in Siperibun.

Self-reporting delivers chance for companies to actively report and renew every information about their areas where they cultivate. The data which has been in Siperibun in the previous period would be evaluated by the taskforce ad would be the basic evaluation for the next period. (T2)
