PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – A golden opportunity returns for young Indonesians aspiring to become leaders in the industrial sector. PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) has officially opened registration for the second batch of its flagship management trainee program: Excellent Future Leader (EIFFEL).
Building on the success of Batch 1, which attracted over 10,000 applicants, EIFFEL Batch 2 comes with broader reach and a more refined development approach. The program is designed to accelerate participants’ technical skills, leadership mindset, and readiness to face real-world challenges in the workplace.
Lucy Sycilia, DSNG’s Chief Human Capital Officer, emphasized that EIFFEL is not just about developing technical capabilities. “We aim to cultivate future leaders who are not only technically competent but also resilient, communicative, and adaptable in any situation,” she stated in an official release on Friday (May 2, 2025).

Utilizing the 70-20-10 learning model, participants will undergo a comprehensive development journey:
- 70% through real-life projects and on-the-job training
- 20% through mentorship from DSNG’s senior leaders
- 10% via formal learning sessions
This approach allows participants to gain hands-on experience while being guided by seasoned professionals.
In addition, trainees will rotate across various DSNG business units—from operations to commercial divisions—giving them a holistic understanding of the company’s value chain from upstream to downstream.
In Batch 1, 16 selected participants have proven their potential and now serve in strategic roles across the organization. With Batch 2, DSNG is expanding its recruitment reach and seeking talent from more diverse educational backgrounds in line with its growing operations.

- Business Case Presentation: July – August 2025
