There are 15 ICS members in Koperasi Jasa Mutiara Kongbeng and some of them are, such as, Ramlah, Saniasa, Rusniati, and Arfa Indah.

As female, Sulastri does not want to list her name in an institutional structure, she is also actively as motor in the institution. She is firm and deft.

The union in Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan Province does deliver facilities to its members, both male and female, such as, trainings in certificate materials, escalating capacity to be able in public speaking, forum discussion to deliver opinions and complaints about sustainable palm oil.

“Other female ICS members also got the same facilities and rights with the male in the union. There is no limit for the female in the union if she wants to get involved in Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) and Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) certificates,” she said.

Sulastru also told that the same degree of female is that she has same rights and chances in many things, such as, decision making or policy or becoming a leader in an institution.

This makes her develop herself, confident to be ICS manager in a union that got RSPO and ISPO certificates. (T2)
