PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The tender price for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) rose to Rp 11,750/kg on Wednesday (7/2/2024), marking a increase of Rp 25/kg or approximately 0.21% compared to the previous Tuesday’s tender at Rp 11,725/kg.
According to Palmoilmagazine.com, the CPO price from KPBN stood at Rp 11,750/kg for Franco Belawan and Dumai, while in Talang Duku, it was recorded at Rp 11,550/kg. Meanwhile, Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) in Lampung was priced at Rp 12,271/kg but was withdrawn (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 7,350/kg.
In Malaysia, the price of CPO at the Derivatives Exchange decreased on Wednesday (7/2/2024), halting the consecutive increase observed in the two previous sessions. Traders remained cautious as they awaited production data release from the Government of Malaysia.

As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for April 2024 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper RM 5 per ton or about 0,13% to be RM 3.838 (US$ 805,63) per ton in the midday.
