Riau’s plasma smallholder FFB prices fell IDR 17.54/kg for Sept. 16–22, 2026, with the highest price for 9-year-old oil palm trees set at IDR 3,976.56/kg.
PALMOILMAGAZINE, PEKANBARU — Fresh fruit bunch (FFB) prices for plasma smallholders in Indonesia’s Riau province fell by IDR 17.54 per kilogram for Sept. 16–22, 2026, with the highest price set at IDR 3,976.56/kg for 9-year-old oil palm trees.
The price was determined by the Riau Provincial Oil Palm FFB Pricing Committee at a meeting held Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, under the Minutes of Meeting on FFB Purchase Prices for Plasma Smallholders in Riau, No. 34/TPH TBS-IX/2026.

The committee set the average crude palm oil (CPO) price used in the pricing formula at IDR 15,784.50/kg, while the average palm kernel price stood at IDR 13,976.50/kg.
The K Index, another key component in the FFB pricing formula, was set at 93.51%, while the shell value was determined at IDR 17.98/kg.
Based on these components, FFB prices for Riau’s plasma smallholders were adjusted across all tree-age categories for the Sept. 16–22 period.

- 3 years: IDR 3,065.50/kg
- 4 years: IDR 3,474.48/kg
- 5 years: IDR 3,622.22/kg
- 6 years: IDR 3,842.55/kg
- 7 years: IDR 3,925.45/kg
- 8 years: IDR 3,971.84/kg
- 9 years: IDR 3,976.56/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR 3,955.39/kg
- 21 years: IDR 3,893.40/kg
- 22 years: IDR 3,834.02/kg
- 23 years: IDR 3,770.55/kg
- 24 years: IDR 3,701.01/kg
- 25 years: IDR 3,622.78/kg
- 26 years: IDR 3,573.38/kg
- 27 years: IDR 3,527.81/kg
- 28 years: IDR 3,481.54/kg
- 29 years: IDR 3,463.83/kg
