PALMOILMAGAZINE, PEKANBARU – The price of independent smallholder fresh fruit bunches (FFB) in Riau Province posted a slight increase for the period of October 1–7, 2025. Based on the decision of the Riau Independent FFB Pricing Team (Decree No. 35), the reference price for 9-year-old palms rose by IDR9.93 per kilogram, bringing it to IDR3,657.46/kg.
The pricing is also influenced by downstream commodity values, with crude palm oil (CPO) priced at IDR14,663.31/kg, palm kernel at IDR14,061.44/kg, and palm shell at IDR23.06/kg. The K index was recorded at 92.83%.
Here are the official FFB prices by plantation age in Riau for this period:
- 3 years: IDR2,834.25/kg
- 4 years: IDR3,159.52/kg
- 5 years: IDR3,389.16/kg
- 6 years: IDR3,519.27/kg
