PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAMBI – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for oil palm farmers in Jambi Province recorded a significant increase for the June 5–11, 2026 pricing period. The Jambi Provincial FFB Pricing Team agreed to raise the price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years by IDR 137.45 per kilogram, bringing the benchmark price to IDR 3,440.77/kg.
The latest pricing decision also set the crude palm oil (CPO) reference price at IDR 13,346.11/kg, while palm kernel prices were determined at IDR 13,134.22/kg. The calculation was based on a K index of 95.22%, one of the key components used in determining FFB prices for farmers.
The increase provides a positive boost for oil palm growers across Jambi after several periods of price fluctuations driven by developments in both domestic and international palm oil markets.
