Jambi Palm Oil FFB Prices Edge Higher for July 17–23, 2026 Period

PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAMBI – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for oil palm in Indonesia’s Jambi Province remained largely stable during the July 17–23, 2026 pricing period, with only a modest increase recorded for mature plantations.

The Jambi Provincial FFB Pricing Team set the price for oil palm trees aged 10–20 years at IDR 3,864.36 per kilogram, up IDR 7.47/kg from the previous period, reflecting a relatively flat market despite continued strength in palm oil prices.

For the same pricing period, the benchmark crude palm oil (CPO) price was set at IDR 15,228.48/kg, while palm kernel was valued at IDR 13,763.03/kg. The shell price was determined at IDR 16.76/kg, with the K Index standing at 93.07%.

According to data obtained by Palmoilmagazine.com from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office, FFB prices by tree age were set at IDR 3,208.15/kg for three-year-old palms, IDR 3,388.60/kg for four-year-old palms, IDR 3,466.22/kg for five-year-old palms, IDR 3,560.82/kg for six-year-old palms, IDR 3,642.48/kg for seven-year-old palms, and IDR 3,697.02/kg for eight-year-old palms.

Prices for nine-year-old palms reached IDR 3,782.43/kg, while the benchmark category of 10–20 years stood at IDR 3,864.36/kg. FFB from 21-year-old palms was priced at IDR 3,803.96/kg, followed by 22 years at IDR 3,715.96/kg, 23 years at IDR 3,679.38/kg, 24 years at IDR 3,500.81/kg, and 25 years at IDR 3,601.16/kg.

Meanwhile, prices for older plantations were set at IDR 3,486.77/kg for 26-year-old palms, IDR 3,400.45/kg for 27 years, IDR 3,307.05/kg for 28 years, IDR 3,205.15/kg for 29 years, and IDR 3,097.43/kg for 30-year-old palms. (P3)
