Riau Increases Independent FFB Prices for July 22–28, 9-Year-Old Trees Hit IDR 3,846/kg

PALMOILMAGAZINE, PEKANBARU – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for independent oil palm smallholders in Riau Province increased for the July 22–28, 2026 pricing period. According to the Riau Independent Smallholder FFB Pricing Team, as stipulated in FFB Price Determination Letter No. 26 for the July 22–28, 2026 period, the price for FFB harvested from 9-year-old oil palm trees rose by IDR 13.25/kg to IDR 3,846.00/kg.

For the same period, the reference Crude Palm Oil (CPO) price was set at IDR 15,664.56/kg, while the palm kernel price reached IDR 14,145.14/kg. The shell value was determined at IDR 24.45/kg, with the K Index—used in calculating independent smallholder FFB prices—set at 92.40%.

The increase reflects continued positive momentum in independent FFB prices amid stable palm oil market conditions and serves as the official pricing reference for independent smallholder transactions across Riau during the current pricing period.
