PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in stock trading decreased by 0.46 percent or 31.99 points. The IHSG reached a level of 6,854.51.
The decline in IHSG level in today’s (2/8) stock trading began from the opening. In the morning, IHSG started at the level of 6,873.98, a decrease of 12.51 points compared to yesterday’s closing position (1/8) at the IHSG level of 6,886.50.
Throughout the stock trading session, IHSG fluctuated between the levels of 6,883.98 and 6,884.02, with a total of 1.15 million transactions.
The value of stock transactions amounted to IDR 16 trillion, as many stock investors engaged in selling actions following the implementation of regulations regarding the domestic sale of export dollars.
