PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was priced at Rp. 13,119/kg on Tuesday (6/8/2024), a decrease of Rp 90/kg or about 0.68% from Monday’s (2/8/2024) price of Rp 13,209/kg.
According to information Palmoilmagazine.com received from KPBN Inacom, the price of CPO Franco was IDR 13,119/kg in Belawan and Dumai. In Talang Duku, the CPO Franco price was Rp. 12,919/kg but was recorded as “withdrawn” (WD) with the highest bid at Rp. 12,699/kg.
The price of CPO at Teluk Bayur was Rp. 12,989/kg, and at Sei Tapung Rp. 12,880/kg, also recorded as WD with the highest bid at Rp 12,664/kg. In Ngabang, the price was IDR 12,769/kg, but was recorded as the WD with the highest offer of IDR 12,275/kg.

Meanwhile in Malaysia, quoting from Reuters, CPO contract prices on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange continued to fall on Tuesday, extending the decline after closing at a six-month low in the previous session due to cheaper contracts in Dalian and Chicago.
Still from Reuters, the soyoil reference contract price at Dalian did decrease by 2,13%, and the and the CPO contract price did too, by 3,05%. Soyoil prices at the Chicago Board of Trade decreased by 1,42%. (P2)
