PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The Palm Oil Taskforce, responsible for enhancing palm oil governance and optimizing revenue, has recently identified 77 palm oil plantation companies that failed to complete their Sistem Informasi Perizinan Perkebunan (Siperibun) applications.
According to Agustina Arumsari, the Second Vice Chairman of the Palm Oil Taskforce, out of the 90 companies whose applications were verified, 77 were rejected due to inconsistencies with the required data outlined in the regulations.
“Some of these companies attempted to complete their applications by randomly filling in one, two, three, or four data fields without providing the correct information” Agustina said, as Palmoilmagazine.com quoted from Antara.

Besides, Palm Oil Taskforce is in coordination with government’s instance in the team to share every data and information to escalate palm oil industrial governance in a whole.
