PALMOILMAGAZINE, PALU – Dr. Hj. Rohani Mastura, Expert Staff in People’s Welfare and Government, officially inaugurated the Palm Oil Plantation Human Resource Communication and Leadership Training for planters in Central Sulawesi on behalf of the Governor at Hotel Sutan Raja on Tuesday, August 20, 2024.
In her speech, delivered on behalf of Governor H. Rusdy Mastura, Dr. Rohani expressed the Governor’s appreciation and gratitude for the training initiative. The Governor highlighted the importance of these trainings in developing human resources and enhancing infrastructure to achieve more sustainable and productive palm oil plantations.
The training program aims to boost planters’ participation in addressing future challenges in the plantation sector. Additionally, the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (PO PFMA) is expected to play a vital role in managing and distributing palm oil funds, supporting human resource development, and providing infrastructure assistance to the planters.
