PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAMBI – Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) prices for oil palm growers in Jambi Province increased for the January 30–February 5, 2026 pricing period, following the latest decision by the provincial pricing team. For palms aged 10–20 years, FFB prices rose by IDR 98.66 per kg to IDR 3,592.08 per kg.
Data compiled from the Jambi Provincial Plantation Agency show firmer prices across most age categories. FFB prices were set at IDR 2,892.88 per kg for three-year-old palms and IDR 2,994.46 per kg for four-year-old palms. Prices increased to IDR 3,132.10 per kg for five-year-old palms and IDR 3,262.86 per kg for six-year-old palms, before reaching IDR 3,345.16 per kg for seven-year-old palms.
For older plantings, eight-year-old palms were priced at IDR 3,416.46 per kg, while nine-year-old palms reached IDR 3,483.63 per kg. The highest price remained in the 10–20 year age bracket at IDR 3,592.08 per kg. Meanwhile, prices for palms aged 21–24 years were set at IDR 3,484.73 per kg, easing further to IDR 3,326.16 per kg for 25-year-old palms.

In the same pricing determination, the reference crude palm oil (CPO) price was set at IDR 14,566.16 per kg, while palm kernel was priced at IDR 11,615.57 per kg, with an index K of 94.49 percent. These benchmarks supported the upward adjustment in Jambi’s FFB prices for the period. (P2)
