PALMOILMAGAZINE, PEKANBARU – According to Jatmiko Santosa, the Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) V, digital transformation is an essential requirement for increasing human capacity, improving monitoring and evaluation processes, and enabling effective decision-making. Over the past four years, digitalization in PTPN V has not only enhanced policy and decision quality but has also positively impacted the company’s profits.
The consistent and sustainable digital transformation efforts of PTPN V in the past three years have proven to be successful. The company, known for its outstanding performance, achieved a remarkable net profit record during this period.In 2020, PTPN V got net profits up to Rp 417 billion and the highest number at the time. One year later, it got net profits up to Rp 1,31 trilion and it was a history. In 2022 it got net profits up to Rp 1,52 trilion.
“Digitalization is part of massively transformation in PTPN V. I believe that PTPN V would keep developing better in the future with the spirit that we proposed for the past three years,” he said as in the official statement to Palmoilmagazine.com, Monday (5/6/2023).
