PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The tender for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) experienced a decrease, falling to Rp 10.935/kg on Thursday, September 7, 2023. This represents a reduction of Rp 90/kg when compared to Wednesday, September 6, 2023, when it stood at Rp 11.025/kg.
According to Palmoilmagazine.com, the prices obtained from KPBN for CPO were Rp 10.935/kg. Meanwhile, in Belawan and Dumai, the price also stood at Rp 10.935/kg. In Talang Duku, it was slightly lower at Rp 10.735/kg, but during withdrawals (WD), the highest bid reached Rp 10.653/kg.
Crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) in Sei Mangkei was Rp 11.160/kg but in WD with the highest bid Rp 11.000/kg.
Meanwhile CPO trade at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange decreased. As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for November 2023 delivery at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange decreased RM 36 or 0,93% to be RM 3,845 (US$ 822,64) per metric ton in the midday.
