PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Wednesday (10/1/2024), the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) price at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) tender reached Rp 11,603/kg, marking an increase of Rp 223/kg or approximately 1.96% compared to Tuesday’s (9/1/2024) tender at Rp 11,380/kg.
As reported by Palmoilmagazine.com from KPBN, the CPO Franco prices in Belawan and Dumai stood at Rp 11,603/kg, while in Talang Duku, it was recorded at Rp 11,403/kg. In East Kalimantan, the price was reported as Rp 11,220/kg.
In Dumai, the price of Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO) was Rp 11,471/kg, but in the withdrawal (WD) phase, the highest bid was at Rp 11,025/kg.

Simultaneously, the CPO prices at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange witnessed a continuous upward trend for the fifth consecutive session on Wednesday (10/1/2024). This trend was attributed to a reduction in Malaysia’s stocks to the lowest level in the past four months.
The reference price for March 2024 delivery of CPO at the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange saw an increase of RM 27 per metric ton, approximately 0.72%, closing at RM 3,759 (US$ 810.30) per metric ton.
