PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom increased to IDR 15,350/kg on Friday (11/15/2024), reflecting a 0.63% rise (IDR 96/kg) compared to Thursday’s price of IDR 15,254/kg.
Based on data from KPBN Incaom, the Dumai Franco Price was set at IDR 15,350/kg, while the price in Talang Duku stood at IDR 15,159/kg.
From Palmoilmagazine.com records, the average CPO price at KPBN during the week of November 11-15, 2024, rose by IDR 64.20/kg to IDR 15,457.00/kg, marking a 0.42% increase from the previous week’s average of IDR 15,392.80/kg (November 4-8, 2024).

Meanwhile, Reuters reported that Malaysian palm oil futures rebounded on Friday (11/15/2024) after three consecutive losses but were poised for a weekly decline as the market awaited export data for further direction.The price of the palm oil contract for January 2025 delivery on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange rose RM 14 per tonne or about 0.28%, to RM 4,978 (US$ 1,112.15) per metric tonne at the midday break.
The price of the palm oil contract has dropped 2.41% so far this week.
Meanwhile, the price of Dalian’s most active soybean oil contract fell 0.91%, while the price of its palm oil contract rose 0.53%. Soybean oil prices on the Chicago Board of Trade rose 0.43%.
