PALMOILMAGAZINE, Jakarta – The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, rose 0.63 percent or 42.17 points. The IHSG reached the level of 6,702.62.
The rapid increase in the IHSG level today brought great enthusiasm for stock investors in the pursuit of daily profits. Although the IHSG opened weaker in morning trading, down by 14.71 points, reaching the level of 6,645.74.
Throughout the stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) today (June 21), the IHSG ranged from 6,635.67 to 6,702.62. With a frequency of 1.09 million stock transactions, resulting in transactions worth IDR 7.91 trillion.

Despite today’s stock trading not having a significant value, the high enthusiasm of stock investors pushed the IHSG level up by 0.63 percent compared to yesterday.
It is noted that in the BEI stock trading, 240 stocks experienced price declines, while 218 stocks remained unchanged or stagnant.
BEI stock trading also recorded that 280 stocks experienced price increases. Some of them were palm oil stocks, which saw an increase of 7.14 percent.
