PALMOILMAGAZINE, BEKASI — Citra Widya Edukasi Palm Oil Polytechnic (Poltek Kelapa Sawit CWE) in Bekasi, West Java, officially launched its 2025 Student Orientation Program (MPOMB) on Monday (September 8) for newly admitted students.
Event coordinator Alisa Hanin Dhiya Putri explained that the new student admission process began on September 1 with the arrival of students under scholarships provided by the Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDP).
“On Wednesday (September 3), we held the final registration, accompanied by a motivational seminar delivered by PT Daya Guna Lestari’s Training Officer, Wahyuka,” Alisa told Palmoilmagazine.com on Monday (September 8, 2025).

In addition to the seminar, students completed data verification, covering academic administration and health checks. This year, Poltek Kelapa Sawit CWE admitted 355 new students, of which around 300 are BPDP scholarship recipients.
The 2025 student intake carries the theme “Outstanding, Innovative, and Sustainable Palm Oil Youth.” The theme underscores the institution’s commitment to developing young professionals who will contribute to the advancement of Indonesia’s palm oil industry.
“Our hope is that students will grow into outstanding innovators who champion sustainability in the palm oil sector, and ultimately play a role in realizing Indonesia Emas (Golden Indonesia),” Alisa concluded. (P2)
