PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – The price of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) Inacom was set at Rp 14,740/kg on Tuesday (Feb 11, 2025), reflecting an increase of 0.69% or Rp 101/kg compared to Rp 14,639/kg on Monday (Feb 10, 2025).
According to information from KPBN, the CPO price for Franco Belawan & Dumai was set at Rp 14,740/kg. Meanwhile, the Teluk Bayur price was listed at Rp 14,610/kg, but the tender resulted in a withdrawal (WD), with the highest bid recorded at Rp 14,518/kg.
On the other hand, the Malaysian palm oil futures market and its subsidiaries suspended operations for one day on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in observance of the Thaipusam national holiday.

In an official statement, Bursa Malaysia announced that all trading, clearing, settlement, and securities depository activities would be paused for the holiday, with normal operations resuming on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
Thaipusam is a religious festival celebrated by Hindu Tamil communities, particularly in Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries. In Malaysia, it is recognized as a public holiday in several states, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, and Negeri Sembilan.
