PALMOILMAGAZINE, PALEMBANG – The Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) Pricing Committee of South Sumatra Province has announced higher palm oil FFB prices for the first pricing period of July 2026 (July 1–15). Under the latest decision, the price for 10–20-year-old oil palm trees increased by IDR45.71 per kilogram from the previous period to IDR3,769.58/kg.
For the same period, the benchmark price of crude palm oil (CPO) was set at IDR15,049.12/kg, while the palm kernel price was fixed at IDR12,198.38/kg. The shell value was determined at IDR18.88/kg, with a K Index of 93.65%.
According to data from the South Sumatra Provincial Plantation Office, the FFB prices by tree age are as follows:

- 3 years: IDR3,178.82/kg
- 4 years: IDR3,277.43/kg
- 5 years: IDR3,423.70/kg
- 6 years: IDR3,464.13/kg
- 7 years: IDR3,463.29/kg
- 8 years: IDR3,579.25/kg

For older plantations, the prices are:
- 9 years: IDR3,646.24/kg
- 10–20 years: IDR3,769.58/kg
- 21 years: IDR3,757.65/kg
- 22 years: IDR3,763.74/kg
- 23 years: IDR3,737.23/kg
- 24 years: IDR3,630.46/kg
- 25 years: IDR3,641.77/kg

Meanwhile, FFB prices for mature plantations were set at IDR3,575.79/kg for 26-year-old trees, IDR3,520.64/kg for 27 years, IDR3,458.97/kg for 28 years, IDR3,391.39/kg for 29 years, and IDR3,318.71/kg for 30-year-old trees. (A3)
