In a talkshow Penas the 16th in Padang it was revealed that to accelerate smallholders replanting program (SRP) needs the right infrastructures to escalate production, productivity, additional values, and quality.
This is the same with the important condition about infrastructure quality in palm oil business that every planter should qualify.

In addition, according to the Regulation of Minister of Agriculture Number 3 / 2022 and Decision of General Director of Plantation, there are 8 (eight) infrastructures in palm oil, they are, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides (extensification) fertilizer and pesticides (intensification), post-harvest tools and industry, escalation of way and water management, transportation, agriculture machine, market infrastructure, and technical verification (ISPO).

If the infrastructure qualified the technical criteria, it would help to accelerate SRP The advantages of infrastructure have been got by some planters in unions.
He also mentioned, palm oil plantation productivity still faces challenges. That is why it needs the right regulation and governance to run it as standard as the targets. Besides, it needs supports within integration system to get palm oil productivity increased both in the upstream to downstream sectors in Indonesia. (T2)
